Magni’s solution for panel handling

Flat load handling is an operation that is often performed with a winch or hook by fixing the load with ropes. However, this procedure has several disadvantages including a longer time to prepare the lift as well as higher risk of load failure and uncontrolled handling.

Magni ‘ET-Litocran700 vacuum telescopic handler’ attachment (ATT-08-021) enables the safe horizontal and vertical lifting and handling of large flat surfaces of material such as glass, ceramics or metal.

It consists of a telescopic boom to allow maximum manoeuvrability in tight spaces, as well as on inclined planes, and a structure equipped with four standard suction cups with a maximum capacity of 500 kg, to ensure better control and precision during both handling and application, significantly improving productivity and safety. The material can be rotated 360° and pivoted +/-90°.

Included in the kit, four additional suction cups allow to increase load capacity up to 700 kg and to handle larger surface loads and a practical remote control to activate all functions of the attachment.

This handler is ideal for façade work as it allows to quickly install even hard-to-place elements with minimal staff, maximising efficiency and reducing installation time and costs.
