Magni presents the new FL range of off-road forklifts

Magni TH expands its offering with the official presentation of the new FL range: off-road forklifts developed in collaboration with the Hangcha Group. Available in four diesel models from 2.5 to 5 tonnes, and with lifting heights up to 5 metres, the new FLs are designed to offer high performance, safety and comfort in even the most challenging conditions.

Focus on technology and performance

FL forklifts are equipped with high-efficiency KUBOTA V2607-CR-TE5B (47.3 kW / 63 hp) and DEUTZ TCD 3.6 L4 (55.4 kW / 75 hp) Stage V engines, both designed for reliability in even the most demanding situations.

The hydraulic transmission with Powershift gearbox enables easy switching between 4WD and 2WD, thus optimising traction and fuel consumption for the type of terrain. The three-speed gearbox also enables the maximum speed of 25 km/h to be reached very smoothly.

Safety and manoeuvrability

Magni TH FLs incorporate oil-bath brakes, dashboard-activated differential locking and wide-track off-road tyres, to ensure unbeatable stability, grip and control on difficult surfaces. The double air filter and high-capacity radiator ensure the engine stays cool even under heavy load.

Diagnostics and simplified maintenance

Integrated diagnostics assure constantly monitored performance, thus reducing downtime. Moreover, thanks to easy-access engine compartment and two-piece floor design, routine maintenance is quick and user-friendly.

Operator comfort and visibility

The cab, available in both open and closed versions, prioritises ergonomics, visibility and protection. The 4″ colour LCD display (monochrome for the FL 5.0) gives immediate control over the machine’s principal functions. The new LED system with blue lights and orange flashers greatly improves visibility and safety in operation.
